another win in the little apple




Well, it was a little trip to the little apple. The first stop into town was the Wal-Mart with the Little Apple sign in the background for some tailgating supplies. My buddy Zack and I had a good time along with my cousin Kelly. As you see the Huskers rolled in this one. We were treated very nicely but the K-State fans. I actually heard more stupid stuff from NU fans than I did K-State backers. The students there also really got into the game but the rest of the 20,000 didn't. It was a nice win for the good guys. Now bring on the Longhorns.

So it begins...

My schedule starts picking up again today as the class I teach at UNL (JGen 300) starts. I'm teaching on Tuesday's and Thursday's this semester from 9:30-10:45. I hope I have a great class like last semester. We will see. This will be my third semester teaching the class so I feel a lot more comfortable heading into it. I have all of the weeks figured out and the days will be much busier because I'm trying to pack the three days into two. Maybe one of the students will bring me an apple!
