Down to Kansas and back up again

I had a great trip to abilene, kansas to see my old buddy Chris Orr. Then after getting back went to Wayne for a meeting with the city council. Busy times. I had have a chance to plant some flowers. I also got to help the Groundwater Foundation celebration its 25th anniversary at Chez Hay. Got to listen to my beautiful daughter sing a solo part of Bohemian Rhapsody at a Lincoln Southeast concert and she also spent Saturday driving, yes driving, us around town.

So it begins...

My schedule starts picking up again today as the class I teach at UNL (JGen 300) starts. I'm teaching on Tuesday's and Thursday's this semester from 9:30-10:45. I hope I have a great class like last semester. We will see. This will be my third semester teaching the class so I feel a lot more comfortable heading into it. I have all of the weeks figured out and the days will be much busier because I'm trying to pack the three days into two. Maybe one of the students will bring me an apple!
