Lori and I just got back from the Make A Wish event. It was a great time. We were in charge of watching over the silent auction tables and then watching for the live auction as well. It took place on the 3rd and 4th floors of Memorial Stadium in the skybox area. I believe nearly 20,000 dollars was raised at the event. I got a chance to get an autograph from Bo late in the evening for Bret. It can replace the Callahan one I got for him a few years ago on his birthday. I was able to introduce Bo to our wish child at the event -- Laura. He spent a lot of time getting to know her before the event. He seems very sincere to me and is a great fit for NU. Go Big Red! Practice starts on Monday!
