I start incorporating my meal plan into it now since it is a month away from the Fans on the Field run in Denver that I'm doing on Sept. 13. That means no sweets for a month for sure and following the plans that a trainer did for me a few years ago. That will re-energize my system for sure! Hopefully it will make running in that mountain air ok as well.
