The week that was

Yep another week has gone by. Amazing stuff...everything just gets so busy.

Monday night was kids vs. the parents night in Sharks basketball. It was a blast once again. The boys came out on top despite a valiant effort by the parents to battle their way back into the game 46-44 was the final. I missed a three at the buzzer that would have given us the win.

After having Monday off from work, things really got busy with class too. Then Wednesday I ran up to Omaha to speak at a Omaha Green Roundtable event thanks to WasteCap Nebraska. Then that night I went to Walt to honor the YMCA Wright and Spirit parks as Green Sites.

Thursday Turan came and spoke to the class about copyright law and we got the Let's Keep It Clean banner to SignsNow to be ready for Tuesday when I'm headed to Kearney for an expo.

Friday night I got to spend some time with friends at Jake's downtown. It was a great night. Even bumped into an old friend, Ralph Wahl.

So it begins...

My schedule starts picking up again today as the class I teach at UNL (JGen 300) starts. I'm teaching on Tuesday's and Thursday's this semester from 9:30-10:45. I hope I have a great class like last semester. We will see. This will be my third semester teaching the class so I feel a lot more comfortable heading into it. I have all of the weeks figured out and the days will be much busier because I'm trying to pack the three days into two. Maybe one of the students will bring me an apple!
