NU vs. OU hoops






Bret, Joey, Nunez and I went to the OU-NU basketball game tonight at Devaney. From the start of the game it was obvious that OU was not there to play. They had no energy and the Huskers are a confident bunch right now, playing with a lot of enthusiasm. It was a route after the first eight minutes or so. At half, you knew this one was over. I expected much more out of Oklahoma but I'm happy for the Huskers.

You can't expect something from a team that doesn't have anything. They have one scorer on their team and NU did a great job of double teaming him. They will be much better next year, but this year is still a reminder of the great Kelvin Sampson.

So it begins...

My schedule starts picking up again today as the class I teach at UNL (JGen 300) starts. I'm teaching on Tuesday's and Thursday's this semester from 9:30-10:45. I hope I have a great class like last semester. We will see. This will be my third semester teaching the class so I feel a lot more comfortable heading into it. I have all of the weeks figured out and the days will be much busier because I'm trying to pack the three days into two. Maybe one of the students will bring me an apple!
