Man it is a beautiful day in nebraska. I had a great day with the students giving their second speech of the semester and even though some of them were sick they still battled through. Some of them have had a tough time (busted appendix, streph, and now the latest was exposed to some meth). Weird.
I just ran three miles in 26:59. The best time is 26:21 and I'm not sure how I was able to go that fast. I've been sick in some way for quite awhile but I can usually shake it off pretty quickly.
If you around me at all you know how important it is for me to be happy because I think being around other people that are happy or at least making them happy is awesome! So be happy and happy day!
