Another windy day here on the Plains. I didn't know if I was going to be able to sneak in a run today or not. But I did. It was good enough though tough when I was heading south. Luckily I don't have to do that very often. I ran the 56th street route. I pushed myself at the end and finished in 29:59 and as Bret pointed out 98 hundredths of a second so i just made my goal.
