Yesterday I had the chance to have lunch with an friend from my high school days, Ann (Gleason) Breetzke. It was fun to catch up. We saw each other at the 20-year reunion and it was the first time we'd seen each other in that long as well. She is doing well.

The fantasy football season starts tonight. Go Drew Brees! My starting lineup is:
QB -- Brees
RB -- MacGahee, James
WR -- C. Johnson, R. Brown
TE -- Winslow
K -- Wilkins
Def. -- Dolphins

ADDITION: I got to run three miles tonight (27:27). I really wanted to get some work at MWW but it didn't work out.

So it begins...

My schedule starts picking up again today as the class I teach at UNL (JGen 300) starts. I'm teaching on Tuesday's and Thursday's this semester from 9:30-10:45. I hope I have a great class like last semester. We will see. This will be my third semester teaching the class so I feel a lot more comfortable heading into it. I have all of the weeks figured out and the days will be much busier because I'm trying to pack the three days into two. Maybe one of the students will bring me an apple!
