I went out to play golf late this morning. It's one of my New Year's resolutions to play Highlands because it was the one city course that I didn't get to play last season. So I ventured across down to play it figuring it would be a perfect day with little wind and little sun. But, of course, when I got there the course was full of old men in carts. Ugh! I just pulled into the parking lot and left! So much for golf this week.
Lori and I are going to the Nebraska baseball game on Friday afternoon. I'm excited about that! It's the first round of regionals action. It's always a great atmosphere.
I hope to get out next week to play golf with Zack before I start teaching the next week. My lesson plans are coming together.
