Saturday run and Bond

Well I ran the 2.5 mile route fairly slowly this morning in 20:53 (the best time is 20:11). But it is the first time that I'd ran more than the bridge route since injuring myself so all in all it's not bad, plus I had cold stone creamery last night.

We watched Casino Royale, the Bond movie, last night. It was good for the most part but it switched to the weird sappy part before it ended. But this is supposed to be one of the first experiences for him so I guess we find out why he is with all different woman and stays with being 007 for so long.

So it begins...

My schedule starts picking up again today as the class I teach at UNL (JGen 300) starts. I'm teaching on Tuesday's and Thursday's this semester from 9:30-10:45. I hope I have a great class like last semester. We will see. This will be my third semester teaching the class so I feel a lot more comfortable heading into it. I have all of the weeks figured out and the days will be much busier because I'm trying to pack the three days into two. Maybe one of the students will bring me an apple!
