I couldn't get online during our trip to Arnold but my prediction for the game would have been NU 42, CU 24.
What a great game. Nerve-wracking and crazy all at one time. Never did I think that we would attempt a 57-yard field goal but what a great decision that was. I need to watch the game again but Joe had a tough fourth quarter. A tough way for him to go out in some ways. I think he was trying to do too much. Lori and I were going crazy when he took us out of field goal range. I couldn't believe we ran the same fake field goal but it was kind of funny to see it happen. Then I couldn't believe Suh ran that one all of the way back. All I could think of was when LeKevin Smith dropped the game-winner against Texas Tech a few years ago. But that stiff arm Suh gave to the head of Hawkins was priceless.
